Responsibilities include monthly close, financial reporting, and collaboration with senior leadership. Strong Excel and CostPoint skills required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an accounting or financial environment.
• Previous analytical or reporting role in a public company preferred.
• Deltek CostPoint experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports to parent company.
• Prepare and analyze monthly actuals versus plan management reports.
• Investigate, analyze, interpret, and communicate forecasted variances to management.
• Provide quarterly updates of current year financial forecasts for consolidation/public interests.
• Support SOX compliance, controls setup and testing requirements.
• Assist corporate tax, insurance and risk management needs.
• Assist with complex analytic troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Assist in capital budgeting and fixed asset projections and variance analyses.
• Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models.
