Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Codes invoices, vouchers, expense reports, and check requests with correct codes for proper entry into the financial system
• Handles all vendor correspondence via postal service, phone, fax or email
• Investigates and resolves problems with processing of expense reports, travel requests, invoices and purchase orders
• Ensures proper signatures and adherence to internal delegation before payment
• Ensures documentation requirements per FAR for government contractors prior to payment
• Performs other duties to support the Finance Department
