Job summary

Responsibilities

• Codes invoices and expenses into the financial system per standard procedures
• Handles vendor correspondence via mail, phone, fax or email
• Investigates and resolves problems with expense reports, travel requests, invoices and POs
• Ensures proper signatories and adherence to authority before payment
• Ensures documentation meets FAR requirements for government contractors
• Executes SOX controls and records evidence
• Enters invoices into the financial system for voucher creation
• Sets up and maintains recurring lease/rent vouchers
• Processes travel requisitions for per diem and reimbursements
• Acts as primary contact for travel agency and lodging arrangements
• Prepares batch check runs weekly and off-cycle as needed
• Files and distributes accounting documents and reports
• Manages credit card user accounts and reconciliations
• Supports audits as applicable
• Performs other duties to support Finance
