Job summary

Based in a hybrid role, you will split time between in-office and show sites, traveling up to 25% to support client engagements and platform rollouts.

Summary

The Sr. Experience Delivery Manager owns a portfolio of client sites on Envision Pro, Freeman’s premium facility sponsorship platform, which venues and show organizers use to showcase, sell, and purchase sponsorship opportunities. This role goes beyond execution. It is a strategic, forward-thinking partner to our clients, keeping every site accurate, compelling, and revenue-ready while helping shape how Freeman evolves the facility experience it delivers.

This position will support our Creative team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

• Las Vegas, NV

• Own a portfolio of client Envision Pro sites, from launch through ongoing updates, so every site is accurate, complete, and client-ready.
• Serve as the trusted partner for venues, show organizers, and Freeman teams, and as the first call for requests, questions, and new ideas.
• Look across your portfolio for opportunities: recommend ways to expand and present the offerings on each site, and improvements that strengthen client outcomes.
• Guide clients through platform enhancements and new commerce capabilities, planning each transition around their sales cycles so nothing is disrupted.
• Help prepare internal teams and clients for platform changes through clear training, communication, and onboarding.
• Manage request intake and the support inbox; prioritize work, set expectations, and keep stakeholders informed from request through delivery.
• Write clear, polished client and internal communications: site status, release updates, how-to guidance, and training.
• Coordinate with venues, regional teams, Sales, and creative partners to source the details and approved assets each site needs.
• Partner with the Product and Development team on enhancements, testing, and issue resolution, bringing the client’s voice to the platform roadmap; deliver portfolio reporting and insights.

Education & Experience

• 5+ years in client or account management, portfolio management, or digital platform delivery, ideally in venues, events, exhibitions, sponsorship, or SaaS.
• A strategic, service-first partner: someone who anticipates client needs and brings ideas, not just answers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong eye for accuracy and quality.
• Highly organized; able to manage many client sites, requests, and deadlines at once.
• Experience guiding clients through platform changes or migrations; quick to learn new tools.
