Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Sr Experience Delivery Manager to own a portfolio of client Envision Pro sites, ensuring accuracy and client-ready delivery. You will partner with venues, show organizers, and Freeman teams, driving improvements and new commerce capabilities while guiding clients through platform changes and training.

Based in a hybrid role, you will split time between in-office and show sites, traveling up to 25% to support client engagements and platform rollouts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client or account management, portfolio management, or digital platform delivery.
• Strategic, service-first partner who anticipates client needs and brings ideas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to quality.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage many sites and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client Envision Pro sites from launch through updates.
• Serve as the trusted partner for venues, show organizers, and Freeman teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand site offerings and improve client outcomes.
• Guide clients through platform enhancements and new commerce capabilities.
• Prepare internal teams and clients for platform changes with training and onboarding.
• Manage request intake and the support inbox from request to delivery.
• Write clear client and internal communications about site status and updates.
• Coordinate with venues, regional teams, Sales, and creative partners for site assets.
• Partner with Product and Development on enhancements and roadmap delivery.
