Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Senior Executive Director to lead community operations with a strong emphasis on financial performance, regulatory compliance and resident well-being. You will drive sales strategy, build high-performing teams and maintain excellent service aligned with Sunrise's mission.

This role requires coaching Directors of Sales, managing budgets, overseeing compliance, and strengthening relationships with residents and regional partners.

Qualifications

• Provide full operational oversight including financial management, staffing, quality and compliance.
• Lead sales and marketing strategy to maximize occupancy, revenue and market position.
• Assess community needs quickly and implement performance improvement plans.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources and regional partners.
• Coach and develop Directors of Sales and leadership teams to achieve KPIs.
• Manage budgets, control expenses and oversee collections.
• Drive regulatory compliance, survey readiness and risk management.
• Champion resident engagement, family communication and team member experience.
• Support onboarding and transition of new Executive Directors.

Pay Range: 88,800.00 - 136,600.00
