Job summary

ABOUT THE ROLE

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT the company
  • Own complex domestic and international travel while executing high-detail calendar management. You'll proactively resolve conflicts, prioritize critical engagements, and keep leaders focused on what matters most
  • Lead the planning and execution of key team events, leadership meetings, town halls, and offsites, ensuring every event delivers a seamless and impactful experience
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders, helping translate priorities into action, facilitate communication across teams, and foster alignment around organizational goals. You'll act as a connector, culture champion, and influential group leader who helps teams stay informed, engaged, and operating at their best
  • Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with internal teams and global partners. You’ll anticipate efficiency gaps before they arise and use cultural nuance to delight every stakeholder you encounter
YOU BRING TO the company
  • 5+ years of experience supporting high-level executives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • A self-starter mindset with the emotional intelligence to intuit needs and the ability to pivot between multiple high-priority projects effortlessly
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, with a mastery of modern collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom
  • A thoughtful, service-oriented approach to problem-solving and an obsession with the details that make an office run smoothly

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range

$91,250—$107,950 USD
