Peloton is seeking an Assistant for the Music Supervision team at our NYC headquarters, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Music Supervision (North America).

You will drive music discovery, curation, and compliance for fitness programming, fueling soundtracks for millions of members worldwide. You will partner with Supervisors to build and refresh playlist tools, conduct rights audits, coordinate artist visits, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Music Business) and a strong understanding of music rights holders, including major, mid-tier, and indie labels and publishers
• A genre-spanning knowledge of and passion for music, musicians, and live music
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, forward-thinking approach to managing tight deadlines, complex workflows, and calendars in a fast-paced environment
• An independent problem-solver with basic design skills (Photoshop/Canva), an eye for detail, and a deep passion for music, pop culture, health, and fitness
• Outstanding communication skills, a team-first mindset, and full alignment with the company’s #TogetherWeGoFar ethos
