Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions for complex business capabilities. You will translate requirements, model architectures, and ensure adherence to enterprise standards, collaborating with architects and engineering teams.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare payer domain experience and strong leadership, with proficiency in ArchiMate, TOGAF, and various data/solution architectures across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 5 years in an IT discipline.
• 5 years in a Business discipline.
• Health Insurance Industry knowledge (preferred).
• Extensive experience with solution design and architecture across complex enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role to provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining complex processes and technologies.
• Specify and design large or complex systems and establish architecture policies.
• Use models to develop architectures and translate requirements into detailed designs.
• Identify functional and non-functional requirements and environment context.
• Lead resolution of architecture and business problems on major initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Manage customer and management expectations.
• Mentor peers and align with enterprise strategy.
