enGen is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions across complex business capabilities. You will translate business needs into architectural models (ArchiMate) and ensure adherence to reference architectures and guidelines.

The role requires strategic consultation, technical leadership, and collaboration with Enterprise Architects and engineering teams to align solutions with the enterprise vision.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years in an IT discipline.
• 5 years in a Business discipline.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related discipline.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic consultation to define/ design complex enterprise business solutions.
• Specify and design large systems, select design standards and ensure integration of multiple systems.
• Produce detailed component requirements and translate into architectures for implementation.
• Identify and lead improvement programs to achieve measurable business benefits.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Mentor peers and provide architecture guidance across teams.
