Job summary

Relha LLC is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager for Customer Systems in Sunnyvale to lead cross-functional initiatives and own end-to-end programs from planning through delivery. You will shape architectures and processes impacting billions of users.

You will partner with software, hardware, and product teams, apply Generative AI and LLM techniques to streamline workflows, and communicate with executive leadership to drive impact and on-time results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in software and/or program management.
• Strong software project management skills leading large, multi-functional teams.
• Proven track record of end-to-end program management from design to launch.
• Knowledge of product development processes and collaboration.
• Proficiency with Generative AI tools and LLMs to streamline program management workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

8+ years of relevant experience in software and or program management.

Strong software project management skills with experience leading large, multi-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.

Proven track record of managing programs end-to-end, from initial design through launch, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Deep knowledge of product development processes, with the ability to drive projects forward with precision, creativity, and collaboration.

Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools and LLMs to streamline program management workflows, including technical documentation, automated status reporting, and data synthesis.

Prefered Qualifications

Proven experience driving and delivering critical, end-to-end (E2E) project features across the company, collaborating effectively with multiple cross-functional teams.

Adept at leveraging data from diverse sources to generate insights and make informed decisions that guide program direction.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to executive leadership and influencing key stakeholders.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower teams, foster collaboration, and maintain momentum in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments.
