Job summary

Allegiance Crane & Equipment in the Clear Lake area is seeking an experienced Enterprise Collaboration Architect to lead design, implementation, governance, and optimization of enterprise collaboration technologies. This on-site role focuses on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and related digital workplace solutions.

The ideal candidate will drive strategy, architecture standards, security and compliance, and user adoption while partnering with business and IT

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with enterprise collaboration technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform.
• Experience in enterprise architecture, governance, security, and compliance.
• Strong workflow automation, integration, and digital workplace solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and project leadership skills.

Position Summary

Allegiance Crane & Equipment is seeking an experienced Enterprise Collaboration Architect to join our corporate team in the Clear Lake area to lead the design, implementation, governance, and optimization of enterprise collaboration technologies.This position will serve as the technical and strategic leader for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and related digital workplace solutions.

This position requires working on-site at our office during regular business hours. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise collaboration technology strategy and roadmap.


• Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform solutions.


• Establish architecture standards, governance policies, and security best practices.


• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.


• Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.


• Ensure collaboration platforms meet security, compliance, and business requirements.


• Drive user adoption, training, and continuous improvement of collaboration technologies.
