Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Solutions Architect to shape the architecture and governance of a modern enterprise collaboration environment used across a large organization. You will guide platform standards, roadmaps, and adoption strategy for collaboration tools that support productivity and knowledge sharing.

This role serves as an escalation point for complex issues and collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft collaboration technologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Microsoft platform architecture experience.
• 5+ years administering and architecting Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions.
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments with 10,000+ users preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide governance initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Solution Architect to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will shape the architecture and governance of a modern enterprise collaboration environment used across a large organization. The ideal candidate will guide platform standards, roadmap decisions, and adoption strategy for collaboration tools that support productivity, knowledge sharing, and operational consistency. This position also serves as a key escalation point for complex issues and works closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive effective enterprise-wide use of Microsoft collaboration technologies.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $124,780 – $146,800 annually
