Sr. Electrical Sales Engineer (REMOTE - Northeast)

My client is seeking a Sr. Electrical Sales Engineer to cover primarily the US and Canada markets. The role involves technical sales and support for instruments, services, and consulting in the electric power industry, focusing on data centers, industrial facilities, utilities, and petrochemical sectors.

Requirements include:

• 5+ years in technical sales, with experience in MV, HV, and EHV power markets in North America.
• Knowledge of medium voltage distribution equipment and experience with CRM systems.
• Must reside within a 5-hour radius of Northern VA (including MD, DE, NJ, Eastern PA, NYC) and be willing to travel up to 60% across North America.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate leads, conduct site visits, develop scopes of work, and close sales.
• Interpret electrical drawings, standards, and develop solutions.
• Travel to customer sites, provide technical support, create proposals, and maintain CRM data.
• Participate in trade shows, webinars, and technical presentations.
