Sales Engineer- Commercial Applied & VRF (Remote- Northeast)

Join GE Appliances, a Haier company, as a Sales Engineer focused on expanding VRF and commercial applied HVAC solutions across the Northeast region. This role involves developing strategic growth through partnerships with rep agencies and HVAC distributors, and contributing to the company's expansion in the commercial HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with specifying reps and hold them accountable to growth targets.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet sales and margin objectives.
  • Build connections with industry professionals to showcase Haier solutions.
  • Participate in distributor sales planning, product training, and design support.
  • Travel regionally and nationally to industry events and meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years in commercial HVAC sales or applications support, with experience in VRF systems.
  • Strong communication skills for presentations and training.
  • Customer-focused with relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% in the region.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales management and business development in HVAC.
  • Knowledge of VRF and commercial HVAC applications.

This is a remote role in the Northeast US, with no relocation assistance. The salary range is $83,600 - $150,600, commensurate with experience.
