Job Summary
Provide engineering services to support plant operations by delivering engineering support to production, maintenance, and administrative departments to achieve operational goals.

Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: Lancaster, PA

Job Type: FTE/Permanent

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of assigned projects including concept development, scope, specifications, bid solicitations, design, manufacturing, installation, startup, acceptance, and close-out.
• Assist production, technical, and maintenance teams with equipment and process issues within your technical area of expertise.
• Promote and practice continuous improvement principles and business system philosophies.
• Prioritize accident and injury prevention alongside production, quality, delivery, recovery, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity principles in hiring, promotions, and other employment practices.
• Participate in annual budget planning by developing project scopes, obtaining quotes, and preparing related documentation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, create detailed project specifications and schedules, and prepare funding requests.
