THE CHALLENGE AHEAD

We are seeking a motivated Sr. Director, Publisher Partnerships to join our team, focusing on growing and supporting Enterprise Solutions partnerships with the largest publishers in the media space. This role will primarily concentrate on maintaining and developing Publisher Partnerships, aligning with Kerv’s strategic goals across the streaming ecosystem. The ideal candidate will understand traditional and digital video advertising, have a passion for media, innovation, ad tech, client service, and a desire to grow within the role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships with publishers and agency-holding companies to promote and integrate Kerv AI's solutions.
  • Sales Support & Strategy: Craft and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that addresses publishers' needs and ensures alignment with Kerv's objectives.
  • Publisher Collaboration: Act as a pivotal bridge between Kerv and Publisher sales teams, facilitating relationships by educating, collaborating, and strategizing to drive revenue growth. Ensure that Publisher teams are fully informed and equipped to effectively present Kerv AI’s solutions.
  • Client Management: Foster strong relationships with Platforms and clients, identifying their needs and helping to deliver appropriate Kerv solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior sales, product, client success, and marketing teams to convey client feedback and support the delivery of solutions.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on trends in digital video and streaming ecosystems to identify potential opportunities and contribute insights to the team.
  • Performance: Support the achievement of sales targets and help drive revenue growth for Kerv’s solutions within the market.
  • Agency-Holding Company Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with agency-holding companies, educating them on Kerv’s solutions to drive demand across their video investment strategies.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in media sales, specifically within the legacy linear and streaming publishers - a must for this role. Proven track record in developing partnerships and achieving sales targets.
  • Relationships: Relationships within media publishers and agency-holding companies, with an understanding of their operations and goals. Relationships with agency video investment teams are a must.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Must be comfortable presenting to large rooms and executive audiences, effectively communicating Kerv's value proposition.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for identifying market trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions, balancing the needs of publisher clients and agencies with organizational objectives.
  • Adaptability: Agile and adaptable to the rapidly evolving media landscape, with a passion for innovation and technology that drives industry-leading solutions.
  • Accountability: A high degree of personal accountability, consistently delivering on commitments and taking ownership of both successes and areas for improvement.
