Ladders is seeking a Sr. Director, Product Program Partnerships to own strategy and execution of a consumer product portfolio for a mission-driven organization.

You will lead senior-level partnerships with manufacturers and service providers, ensuring quality, delivery, and favorable terms, while translating insights into growth opportunities. The role is remote for US-based candidates with compensation of $109,000 to $180,000 per year.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 10+ years of partner relationships and vendor management experience.
• Strong background in consumer products, CPG, or food manufacturing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead vendor and portfolio strategies for product programs.
• Identify and develop portfolio opportunities for growth.
• Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.
• Serve as the senior relationship owner for bakeries and vendors.
• Develop long-term partnership strategies for manufacturing and logistics.
• Ensure product quality and standards are met by vendors.
• Lead contract negotiations for various agreements.
• Oversee vendor sourcing, onboarding, and performance management.
• Lead issue escalation and corrective action processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing on product-related materials and campaigns.
