The Sr. Director, People and Culture, is responsible for assisting with the management of the human resources function of the Company. Under the general supervision of the CHRO, the Sr. Director is responsible for assisting with the oversight of the human resources function by leveraging expertise in driving organizational efficiency, providing advice and counsel to senior leadership at the corporate level, leading department and corporate projects and initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence. They will play a pivotal role in shaping the people and culture landscape of our company and contributing to its overall success by employing advanced analytical techniques to drive strategic decision-making.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting in the direction and execution of human resources programs and processes designed to improve people and culture operations and resources.
- Identifies and develops methods to resolve organizational problems which directly affect the accomplishment of goals and objectives. Serves as an expert on the development and implementation of major human resources policies and requirements.
- Collaborate with CHRO to align HR strategies and initiatives with the overall organizational goals and objectives and ensure efficient functioning of HR in the organization.
- Collaborate with CHRO to identify and implement solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.
- Assist in the establishment and review of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and supporting the organization’s goals.
- Lead and execute strategic people initiatives for teams within the corporate functions, optimizing business functions and aligning them with organizational goals.
- Partner with executive leadership to enhance culture, shape priorities, and anticipate needs.
- Advise senior leadership on best practices, driving top-down change and empower leaders.
- Identify and address leadership/team gaps, recommending or creating necessary resources.
- Communicate patterns and root causes to leadership, proposing plans to mitigate business risks.
- Collaborate with HR COEs to align HR services with business needs.
- Strategically partner with IT, Finance, Commercialization, and Continuous Improvement leadership to design organizational strategies that support business objectives and innovation.
- Support talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Design and implement effective organizational structures to support innovation and team effectiveness.
- Lead complex change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during growth or restructuring.
- Analyze People data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Share best practices and provide feedback, taking ownership of closing foreseeable gaps.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or other related field required
- Seven (7) years of executive leadership experience, with at least three (3) years of experience in a highly-regulated industry
- Exceptional communication, leadership, relationship-building, mediation and negotiation skills
- Strong commitment to customer service and excellence
- A driver of change, able to manage conflict in an adaptive and agile manner

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
