Job summary

H1 seeks a Sr. Director of Product Management – Data Feeds & Inbound Data to own the strategy for sourcing, ingesting, and delivering structured data at scale.

You will bridge product, engineering, and data operations to shape a scalable data product architecture and ensure data quality across Pharma and clinical domains. You will define priorities, drive cross-functional alignment, and communicate effectively with executives and clients while hands-on SQL and data governance underpin your

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, data product management, or data operations with at least 3 years in a director+ role.
• Hands-on SQL proficiency — writes, debugs, and interprets complex queries without engineering support.
• Experience with healthcare data types: clinical/medical data, NPI, HCP/HCO identifiers, specialty taxonomies, claims, or equivalent.
• Ability to leverage AI tooling (Claude, OpenAI) to solve problems and drive business use cases.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for H1's data feeds and inbound data capability with near-term focus on Pharma clinical and medical data.
• Collaborate with Pharma Product Leads and Data SMEs to understand content and communicate roadmap and updates.
• Work with lead data feed engineers on architecture, schema design, and QA across the data product organization.
• Author and maintain data dictionaries, feed specifications, and ingestion standards.
