H1 seeks a Sr. Director of Product Management – Data Feeds & Inbound Data to own the strategy and execution for sourcing, ingesting, and delivering structured data at scale.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and data operations to ensure quality, reliability, and differentiation of H1's core data assets. You will define the roadmap for data feeds, collaborate with Pharma leads, and work with engineers on architecture, data dictionaries, and ingestion standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or data roles
• 3+ years in director+ level leadership
• Hands-on SQL proficiency and ability to debug complex queries
• Experience with healthcare data types (clinical/medical data, claims, identifiers)
• Ability to leverage AI tools daily (Claude, OpenAI) for business use cases
• Proven ability to author and govern data dictionaries and data feed specs
• Strong cross-functional and client leadership experience in data product strategy

Responsabilités

• Define and own the roadmap for data feeds and inbound data capability.
• Collaborate with Pharma Product Leads and SMEs to understand content and roadmap communication.
• Work with lead engineer on data feed architecture, schema design, and QA methodologies.
• Author and maintain data dictionaries, feed specifications, and ingestion standards.
• Write and interpret SQL to investigate data quality and profile datasets.
• Escalate data quality issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Translate complex data architecture into clear narratives for leadership and clients.
• Represent data feed strategy in cross-functional forums and client discussions.
