Qualifications

• 15+ years in Data Operations, Data Engineering, Commercial Data, or related leadership in pharma/biotech.
• Proven experience building and leading high-performing data teams.
• Expertise in data integration, quality, governance, and master data management.
• Experience with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial datasets and BI solutions.

• Lead end-to-end commercial data operation ensuring reliable and timely data delivery.
• Oversee integration of key commercial data sources: claims, specialty pharmacy, HUB, CRM, access, and syndicated data.

Greater Philadelphia or Boston (on-site 3 days a week)

A rapidly growing commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company with a successful launch and expanding portfolio is seeking a Senior Director, Data Operations & Enablement to join its Commercial Data & Analytics organization. This individual will serve as the senior leader responsible for the company's commercial data ecosystem, overseeing the reliability, integration, governance, and scalability of enterprise data assets that support commercial decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end commercial data operation, ensuring reliable and timely data delivery.
• Oversee integration of key commercial data sources, including claims, specialty pharmacy, HUB, CRM, access, and syndicated data.
• Drive data quality, governance, MDM, and cloud-based data architecture initiatives.
• Own BI platforms and self-service reporting capabilities across Commercial.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team spanning data engineering, operations, and analytics enablement.
• Partner with Commercial, IT, and executive leadership to modernize and scale data capabilities.

Qualifications:
