Job summary

L7 Informatics, Inc. is seeking a Director of Scientific Data Architecture to lead the design of foundational data models and content libraries for Pharma workflows. You will drive standardized, reusable architectures that scale across clients and regulate data and AI content strategy.

You will supervise a cross-functional team of scientists and data developers, align models with industry frameworks, and partner with product management to translate field needs into scalable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in scientific data architecture, informatics, or related advisory work.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and data architectures.
• Familiarity with laboratory data standards and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect master and process data models across pharma from R&D to manufacturing.
• Define and govern scientific content strategy and reusable data structures.
• Lead cross-functional team of scientists and data developers.
• Ensure data models align with ISA-88/95 and FAIR principles.
• Advise strategic accounts and translate field needs into platform capabilities.
