Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Sr. Director, Data Center End-to-End Portfolio & Project Controls to lead the rapid expansion of the Shackleford AI Data Center Campus.

This role requires an accomplished executive capable of establishing and scaling an End-to-End Portfolio & Project Controls organization to deliver portfolio forecasting, project controls, and operational analytics across regional data center delivery projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading end-to-end portfolio controls.
• Proven track record delivering large capital programs.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Directs and mentors construction project teams, aligning with the overall strategic vision.
• Creates, reviews, and maintains design reviews, commissioning papers, and problem-solving documents.
• Oversees quality control processes to ensure construction meets specs and standards.
• Leads site walks and owns startup/commissioning phases for major data center projects.
• Identifies and mitigates risks; informs the board of potential impacts.
• Acts as primary liaison between the company and colocation providers.
• Directs selection, negotiation, and management of external contracts and vendors.
• Oversees installation of power, cooling, networking, and cabling systems.
