Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Shackleford County Data Center is seeking a Sr. Director, Data Center End-to-End Portfolio & Project Controls to lead a multi-year campus build, overseeing schedule, cost, forecasting, and governance across a $29B capital program.

You will build a high-performing team of FTEs, vendors, and contractors, coordinate with executives, engineering, construction, and customers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality standards and TPM governance.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in project controls, portfolio management, or construction delivery.
• Leadership experience managing managers and large teams.
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or data-center programs.
• Strong understanding of schedules, cost tracking, risk management, forecasting, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Directs and mentors construction project teams to align with the strategic vision.
• Oversees documentation including design review, commissioning, and problem-solving papers.
• Provides executive oversight of quality control to meet design specs and standards.
• Leads site walks and drives startup and commissioning phases of major data center projects.
• Manages contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring performance and design adherence.
