Job summary

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience at scale in data center or capital-intensive programs.
• Strong ability to manage large multi-year portfolios and drive governance.
• Proven capability in cost, schedule, and risk management of complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor cross-functional project teams toward the portfolio goals.
• Oversee design reviews, commissioning, and problem-solving documentation.
• Provide executive oversight of quality control across construction activities.
• Lead high-level site walks and oversee startup and commissioning of major data center projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks and report impacts to the board.
• Act as primary liaison with colocation providers and external partners.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers to align with designs.
