Job summary

Oracle Corporation seeks a Sr. Director, Data Center End-to-End Portfolio & Project Controls to lead OCI’s rapid expansion of the Shackleford AI Data Center Campus.

You will establish and scale an End-to-End Portfolio & Project Controls organization handling forecasting, cost, schedule, and reporting across a multi-year $29B capital plan. You will build a high-performing team of 3,500+ personnel with vendors and construction partners, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to the highest

Qualifications

• 13+ years' experience in project controls, portfolio management, or construction delivery.
• 7+ years' experience in leadership and people management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, data center, or manufacturing programs.
• Strong understanding of schedules, cost tracking, risk management, forecasting, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated portfolio schedules, forecasts, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Track portfolio performance across cost, schedule, risk, safety, supply chain, and execution.
• Identify critical path risks and cross-project dependencies; develop recovery plans.
• Coordinate procurement, supplier readiness, manufacturing alignment, and logistics.
• Provide executive oversight of TPM governance, operating rhythms, and accountability tracking.
• Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, cost variance, schedule adherence, and portfolio health.
• Lead relationships with colocation providers, vendors, and contractors; ensure contract compliance.
