Responsibilities

• Provide group and 1:1 career advising sessions to help students set goals and map courses.
• Help cohorts build a peer network and identify internship and employment opportunities.
• Assess students' professional development at multiple points in the program.
• Collaborate with academic departments and employers to align curricula with workforce needs.
• Coordinate program activities and track progress using advanced technology.
