Job Description:

Are you passionate about creating omnichannel marketing strategies? Are you a thought leader ready to find innovative uses for AI to increase conversions and improve digital experience?

Join Milestone as a Director/Sr. Director, Account Management and help leading hospitality organizations achieve meaningful business outcomes. This is a role focused on nurturing, retaining, and expanding a portfolio of high-ARR strategic accounts.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients to realize the full potential of Milestone’s solutions while advocating for their needs internally. You’ll drive account growth through strong executive relationships, value consulting, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry landscape. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development to ensure both client success and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic hospitality accounts, driving customer success, retention, and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships by aligning Milestone’s solutions to client business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, performance reporting, and strategic roadmap discussions with clients.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities through account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address challenges to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Digital Experience, and Support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Stay ahead of hospitality industry trends to provide strategic thought leadership and drive innovation for clients.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in hospitality marketing/eCommerce, hospitality revenue management, customer success, account management, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success nurturing and expanding account portfolios with measurable growth.
  • Strong track record of value-based executive relationship building and strategic consulting.
  • Experience as a speaker or thought leader in the hospitality space is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, content, paid media, and analytics, with a strong ability to turn data into actionable strategy.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
