Foundation Risk Partners , one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Director of Employee Benefits Account Managementto theirCorporate Synergies team in Orange, CA Metro Region.
*This position is based in the Orange, CA Metro Region but offers the flexibility to be fully remote.
Job Summary:
The Director is a skilled client-facing position that proactively uses their technical expertise, strategic insight and proven ability to collaborate with Sales to guide team members with the execution of deliverables and to provide exceptional service resulting in a 94% renewal rate (retention/net renewal change) associated with multiple assigned client accounts (Book of Business).

This range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of FRP's total compensation package for employees.

$110,000 - $160,000 USD
