Join Milestone as a Director of Account Management and help leading financial and banking organizations achieve meaningful business outcomes. This is an individual contributor role focused on nurturing, retaining, and expanding a portfolio of high-ARR strategic accounts.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients to realize the full potential of Milestone’s solutions while advocating for their needs internally. You’ll drive account growth through strong executive relationships, value consulting, and a deep understanding of the financial services landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding of omnichannel strategies to increase share of wallet
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within the financial services and banking vertical.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure customer success, retention, and expansion.
  • Build strong executive relationships by aligning Milestone’s offerings with customer goals.
  • Lead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to drive engagement and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as a customer advocate internally and ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, performance reporting, and roadmap discussions.
  • Stay ahead on industry trends, customer challenges, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience managing and growing enterprise accounts, ideally in the banking/financial services sector.
  • Proven experience in digital platforms and solutions tailored to the financial vertical.
  • Demonstrated success nurturing and expanding account portfolios with measurable growth.
  • Expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution.
  • Strong track record of value-based executive relationship building and strategic consulting.
  • Experience as a speaker or thought leader in the financial services space is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, content marketing, and the MarTech landscape.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
