Health Care Service Corporation in Chicago seeks an experienced HR leader to oversee five journey teams and a core HR liaison group, driving collaboration across journeys and HR to deliver engaging, inclusive employee experiences.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$146,700.00 - $272,400.00
