Job Summary

The HR Strategic Business Partner Director serves as a strategic people leader aligned to key HCSC business groups, driving HR strategy in direct alignment with enterprise priorities. This role partners with senior leaders to design and implement talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness solutions that enable business performance, acting as the primary connector between the business and HR Centers of Excellence across workforce planning, leadership development, change management, employee relations, and talent strategy.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a strategic HRBP supporting VP‑level or above leaders in a large, matrixed organization.
• 4 years of management or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated track record in org design, workforce planning, and enterprise change management.
• Experience overseeing the annual budget, allocating resources for projects, translating needs into business cases, and conducting cost‑benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROI.

Preferred Requirements

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP certifications.
• Experience with Workday or other enterprise HRIS.
• Familiarity with HR analytics and engagement platforms such as Glint or Qualtrics; labor/union experience a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or highly regulated industry.

Base Pay Range

$133,400.00 - $247,700.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
