Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist manages key functions within the marketing department. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, developing and coordinating marketing communications, advertising, and promotional activities through both digital and traditional channels. The individual contributes to the department's effectiveness through budgeting, communication, needs assessment, problem solving, creative solutions, and team management.
- Marketing Execution: Implements marketing plans aimed at generating revenue, building brand awareness, and maximizing exposure through online, print, and other channels.
- Project Management: Oversees projects from conception to completion, managing scope, milestones, deadlines, and budgets effectively.
- Digital Marketing: Plans and executes digital campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Maintains social media presence.
- Performance Measurement: Tracks and reports on campaign performance, assesses ROI and KPIs, and optimizes strategies based on data insights.
- Customer Experience & Innovation: Uses analytical skills to evaluate customer interactions across channels, assess emerging technologies, and collaborate on landing page creation and user experience enhancements.
- Policies & Staff Management: Establishes policies, procedures, and controls; manages staff through coaching and development.
- Vendor Relations: Manages relationships with marketing agencies and vendors.
- Additional: May require work on physical bank premises.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with at least 3 years in digital marketing (Email, SEM/SEO, Social Media, etc.).
- Preferred: Management experience, familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, CRM software, and media editing software.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to perform basic math and follow written instructions.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to work over 40 hours per week occasionally.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
