Dyson Institute in Chicago is seeking a Sr. Customer Collaboration Analyst (Supply Chain) to support customer compliance and Order-to-Cash operations across key retail accounts.
You will partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance to identify risks, resolve deductions, and improve the customer experience. The role requires a 2+ year background in related operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP or ERP systems.

About the role The Sr. Customer Collaboration Analyst (Supply Chain) is responsible for supporting customer compliance and Order-to-Cash operations across key retail accounts. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to identify compliance risks, resolve customer deductions and claims, and improve the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, customer-focused, and eager to build expertise in retail compliance, customer operations, and order-to-cash processes. This position offers an opportunity to gain exposure to major retail customers while supporting process improvements that drive operational and financial performance.
Support customer compliance activities across strategic retail customers, including Walmart, Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Target, and other key accounts. Review compliance deductions, chargebacks, shortages, and claims to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. Partner with Sales Account Managers and Customer Service teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Monitor customer scorecards, compliance metrics, and operational performance indicators. Assist in reviewing customer requirements, routing guides, and contractual obligations to ensure compliance. Work closely with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to identify opportunities to improve processes and implement operational controls. Support Order-to-Cash execution by monitoring order flow and helping resolve exceptions impacting customer experience. Prepare reporting and analysis related to deductions, claims, penalties, compliance trends, and recovery opportunities. Partner with Dyson Business Services and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve customer disputes. Identify process improvement opportunities that reduce compliance penalties and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and customer compliance records. Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives across customer operations and supply chain functions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Order-to-Cash, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related discipline. Experience working with retail customers or customer-facing operational processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and solve problems. Experience managing or supporting deductions, claims, chargebacks, customer disputes, or compliance activities is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
Compensation: $73,000 - $92,000 annually + bonus opportunity
