Radiology Partners, a physician-led national radiology practice, seeks a Manager, Physician Compensation to lead the centralized compensation function for remote practices. You will own calculations, develop scalable processes, and partner with operations, finance, and data teams to ensure accuracy and transparency.

The highly analytical and collaborative Manager, Physician Compensation will help build and scale a newly centralized physician compensation function. This leader will oversee complex compensation calculations, drive process improvements, and partner across operations, finance, and data teams to deliver accurate, transparent, and scalable compensation solutions. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future-state compensation processes in a rapidly growing national healthcare organization while leading a team focused on operational excellence and financial accuracy.
The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
