Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking an internal strategy consultant and analytics partner to work with executive leadership, building financial and operating models and leading transformation projects.

You will develop executive-ready presentations, data visualizations, and data-driven recommendations, leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making across clinical transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related quantitative field with 2+ years of experience in management consulting, business analytics, corporate strategy, finance, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience building financial, operational, forecasting, and scenario-based models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, including experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into concise insights, recommendations, and presentations for senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, manage complex projects, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and leverage AI-enabled technologies to accelerate analysis and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an internal strategy consulting and analytics partner to executive leadership, using quantitative analysis, business modeling, and project leadership to support enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Analyze complex operational challenges, develop financial and scenario-based models, and translate findings into data-driven recommendations and business cases.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, data visualizations, and strategic recommendations that support senior leadership decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation projects from opportunity identification through implementation, managing workplans, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, AI-enabled tools, and automation to improve decision-making, productivity, and value creation across Clinical Transformation initiatives.

POSITION SUMMARY:

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related quantitative field with 2+ years of experience in management consulting, business analytics, corporate strategy, finance, healthcare operations, or a related field.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $135,000-145,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
