Job Purpose

Social media is the foundation of modern brands. Senior Community Managers are strategic leaders of a brand’s social presence, driving results through cultural relevance. They shape brand voice, community engagement, and platform growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead content calendar development aligned with audience behavior and brand strategy.
  • Manage publishing schedules, optimizing timing and cadence.
  • Craft engaging copy that reflects brand tone.
  • Provide trend reports to inform creative decisions.
  • Activate cultural trends and monitor competitors.
  • Manage community engagement and moderation.
  • Advise on platform best practices and content formats.
  • Analyze performance data to refine strategies.
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, bridging strategy and execution.
Skills and Experience

Required:

  • 4+ years in social/community management
  • Experience with Airtable, Sprout, native platforms
  • Proven audience growth and engagement
  • Strong writing skills and adaptable tone
  • Fluency in Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube
  • Excellent client communication
  • Leadership in meetings and stakeholder management
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience moderating sensitive conversations

Nice to have:

  • Experience with emerging tech
