Senior Community Manager - Crown Ridge & Marion Ridge

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Senior Community Manager to join our team! Our employees love where they work! Overview

Under the direction of the Regional Manager, the Senior Community Manager supports and assists in all aspects of community operations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise all community associates.
  • Support and participate in fulfilling customer service and leasing standards.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests, providing solutions to resolve issues.
  • Lead all marketing efforts.
  • Assist in preparing paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements.
  • Determine lease renewal rates and assist in delivering renewal letters to secure renewals.
  • Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions to the Regional Manager to increase rental activity.
  • Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid or late fees, communicate with residents, and enforce leases to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, delinquency updates, income and utility tracking, move-in/move-out inspections, invoices, security deposit reports, and other reports as requested.
  • Organize community resident activities, newsletters, and loyalty programs.
  • Identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Research market conditions quarterly to ensure rental rates and concessions are competitive.
  • Manage rent and security deposit collections daily.
  • Lead management of occupancy, collections, and expenses within budget.
Qualifications
  • At least three (3) years' experience as an onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College education, CAM, or ARM certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
