Job Overview

The Senior Commercial Project Manager will oversee multiple large-scale electrical projects from inception to completion. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of planning, scheduling, and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities include resource optimization, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring budgets are met while delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, set team goals, and clarify roles.
• Review and own construction estimates and budgets.
• Develop project schedules, including cost and manpower allocation.
• Coordinate procurement, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with team and clients.
• Monitor project progress, control costs, and prepare reports.
• Oversee project closeout and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AccuBid, Bluebeam.
• 9+ years managing commercial electrical projects over $10M.
• Knowledge of Electrical Code requirements.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Bilingual abilities.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
• OSHA 10 certification.
