- Lead projects and working teams to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects
- Own project timelines, budgets, resource constraints, and deliverables/results
- Communicate actively with project sponsors and stakeholders, managing expectations
- Perform root cause analysis on project shortfalls and take corrective actions as necessary
- Coach other employees on project management tools and techniques to build self-sufficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience leading projects from initiation to completion
- Technical/science background with diagnostics/lab exposure
- Experience working in a laboratory setting
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some finance experience and experience with process management
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and influence business leaders
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies
- Basic knowledge of VOC tools and general knowledge of Hoshin and breakthrough planning
