Vertical Relevance is looking for a Senior Project Manager with ServiceNow experience in Financial Services, ITSM / CSM, GRC to join our team full-time and work remotely. This person will be responsible for end-to-end planning, building, and deploying software systems.

As a Senior Project Manager with ServiceNow Financial Services experience, ITSM / CSM, GRC, you will implement technical solutions as part of a team for customer engagements. This role requires strong teamwork, communication, patience, and organizational skills to drive customer success.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives and project sponsors within the financial services sector.
3. Having a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SecOps.
4. Understanding ServiceNow Creator Workflow, Employee Workflow, HR, Legal, Talent, and stakeholder management.
5. Possessing strong ServiceNow platform expertise; ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Project Portfolio Management) are highly valued.
6. Familiarity with financial services industry compliance and regulatory standards.
7. PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
8. Leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and navigating complex client environments.
9. Exhibiting excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow platform in a pre-sales or delivery capacity within financial services.
• Proven success in delivering ServiceNow implementations across Financial Services, Telecom, and HCLS industries.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and workflows.
• Experience leading pre-sales activities, including solution design and proposal development.
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership experience with large, cross-functional project teams.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies, cloud technologies, and IT transformation programs.
• Deep industry expertise in financial services, telecom, or healthcare & life sciences.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
