Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery on-time, within scope, and within budget.

1. Project Delivery: Lead assigned projects, ensuring delivery on-time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Planning and Tracking: Define and track project milestones, develop, maintain, and report on an integrated delivery plan, including resource capacity and actuals analysis.
3. Resource Coordination: Liaise with resource managers to ensure resource availability supporting project timelines.
4. Risk Management: Utilize risk management strategies to actively manage project risks impacting cost, quality, scope, or schedule.
5. Compliance: Partner with the project team to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, including computer systems validation, SOX, and PM standards.
6. Methodology Adherence: Ensure all projects adhere to the company's project methodology and compliance standards.
7. Team Support and Mentoring: Assist and mentor others within the PMO regarding standards, organizational understanding, and relationship building to promote successful project delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
• Proven record of planning and delivering complex projects.
• Experience managing remote project teams is desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in full project management lifecycle for software, maintenance, development, implementation projects, and IT methodologies (ITIL).
