Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Manager to lead planning and execution of global clinical trials from a remote location.

The role partners with internal and external stakeholders to define study scope, timelines, and strategy, while overseeing documentation and risk management to ensure study milestones are met. Ideal candidates have extensive global trial management experience in pharma/biotech, with leadership in cross-functional teams and strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Extensive global clinical project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research settings.
• Preferred clinical trial experience in Cardiovascular, Hepatology/Liver Disease, or Obesity; Dermatology experience is a plus.
• Proven leadership in managing complex global clinical trials and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Manager - 1765 - 177217 to join the team of a leader in the Staffing space.

This remote role will lead the planning and execution of complex global clinical trials across key therapeutic areas. The position will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and study strategy while keeping deliverables on track. It also requires strong oversight of project documentation, risk management, and team coordination to support successful trial outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $165,000 – $175,000 annually
