Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead global clinical programs in a remote capacity. You will coordinate across project leaders to ensure studies stay on schedule and within scope, while overseeing resources, timelines, and budgets to deliver quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in clinical research with strong PM and leadership skills, plus GCP/ICH knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Project Management to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This leader is seeking an experienced project management professional to guide global clinical programs with a strong focus on execution, sponsor communication, and operational performance. In this role, you will coordinate across project leaders to keep complex study work aligned, on schedule, and within scope. You will also help ensure resources, timelines, and budgets are managed effectively to support quality outcomes and strong program delivery.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $162,000 – $243,000 annually
