Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Manager to lead planning and execution of global clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas. This role partners with stakeholders to align scope, timelines, deliverables and risk management while supporting strong study performance.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $165,000 – $175,000 annually. The ideal candidate has deep clinical project leadership experience and can mentor cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management, Life Sciences or related field.
• Extensive global clinical project management experience in pharma/biotech/clinical research.
• Experience leading trials in diverse therapeutic areas and cross-functional teams.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Manager - 177232 to join the team of a leader in the Staffing space.

This role will drive the planning and execution of complex global clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas. The position partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to align scope, timelines, deliverables, and risk management efforts while supporting strong study performance.

The ideal candidate will bring deep clinical project leadership experience and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through highly regulated research programs. This opportunity is well suited for someone who can balance operational discipline, clear communication, and team mentorship in a fast-paced global environment.

Location: Remote

• Preferred clinical trial experience in Cardiovascular, Hepatology/Liver Disease, or Obesity; Dermatology experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead complex global clinical trials and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
