Ladders is seeking a Clinical Project Manager for Oncology in a sponsor-dedicated, remote setting. You will drive global oncology trials, partner with Study Leads, and coordinate cross-functional teams to keep studies on track from startup to closeout.

The role requires strong study management discipline, vendor coordination, and the ability to report to executives while maintaining timelines and mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of Clinical Project Management experience supporting global oncology trials.
• Experience managing studies across multiple countries and regions.
• Vendor management experience is required.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Study Leads and cross-functional study teams on global oncology trials.
• Lead day-to-day study management activities including startup, conduct, maintenance, and closeout.
• Manage study timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution.
• Oversee external vendors, including CROs and specialty providers.
• Coordinate Clinical Trial Team meetings and drive action item follow-up.
• Monitor study performance metrics and identify areas needing intervention.
• Contribute to study status reporting and executive communications.

This role will drive global oncology clinical trial programs in a sponsor-dedicated, remote setting. You will partner closely with Clinical Study Leads and cross-functional teams to keep studies moving smoothly from startup through closeout. The position requires strong study management discipline, vendor coordination, and the ability to maintain timelines, manage risks, and support executive-level reporting.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually
