Ladders is seeking a Lead Clinical Study Manager to guide the operational strategy and execution of early‑phase and Phase 2/3 clinical studies for a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. This remote role collaborates with cross‑functional teams, strategic partners, and CROs to keep studies on time, on quality, and within budget.

Responsibilities include leading study planning, feasibility, site selection, and inspection readiness across the portfolio, with 5–20% travel.

Formación

• BS/BA in health-related or life sciences or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research, including 4+ years in clinical study management.
• Experience in early phase or Phase 2/3 studies, preferably global.
• Knowledge of global regulatory requirements, including US CFR, EU CTR, and ICH GCP.
• Strong project/program management and matrix leadership skills.
• Fluent in business English, both oral and written.
• Willingness to travel 5-20%, including international travel.

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Clinical Study Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead the operational strategy and execution of assigned clinical studies, with a strong focus on early-phase and Phase 2/3 programs. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, strategic partners, and CROs to keep studies aligned to timelines, quality expectations, and budget goals. The position also plays a key role in site feasibility, study selection, and maintaining inspection readiness across the portfolio.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $116,000 – $182,270 annually
