Nucar is seeking a results-driven professional to engage service drive customers and secure vehicles for dealership inventory. You will identify trade-in opportunities with AutoAlert, appraise vehicles with photos using your phone, and upload into our appraisal system.

You will follow up by phone, text, and in-person, walk the service lane to start conversations, source vehicles from Facebook Marketplace and other platforms, and collaborate with management to meet acquisition goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
• Comfortable using technology and mobile tools for appraisals and communication.
• Prior experience in automotive sales, service, or acquisitions a plus.
• Excel proficiency helpful, but not required.
• Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
