Job summary

Nucar Family of Dealerships is seeking a proactive Inventory Acquisition Specialist to engage service drive customers and acquire vehicles for dealership inventory. You will identify trade-in opportunities, appraise vehicles, and upload details using our appraisal system.

You will follow up via phone, text, and in-person, walk the service lane, source vehicles from Facebook Marketplace and other platforms, and collaborate with management to meet acquisition goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
• Comfortable using technology and mobile tools for appraisals and communication.
• Prior experience in automotive sales, service, or acquisitions is a plus.
• Excel proficiency helpful, but not required.
